The Challenge
Launching a bespoke editorial publication dedicated to Brisbane’s emerging fashion and photography scene. The objective was to bridge the gap between grassroots talent and the broader creative market, serving as an incubation hub for the local creative community.
My Creative Process
I managed the full project lifecycle, from initial conceptualisation to final distribution. I developed a cohesive brand identity and visual system tailored specifically to the fashion and beauty sectors, ensuring a distinct market presence. My technical workflow involved directing end-to-end production processing in Adobe Creative Suite; I executed a complex print-ready workflow, focusing on colour management and pre-press precision to ensure flawless results. Furthermore, I coordinated the entire production schedule, overseeing everything from photography curation and editorial layout to the final logistics of physical distribution across Brisbane.
The Outcome
The publication successfully established itself as a cultural touchpoint for Brisbane’s creative scene, building a loyal and engaged community. The project’s success served as a testament to my ability to translate a creative vision into a commercially viable, technically flawless product delivered under deadline constraints.
Technical Execution: Adobe InDesign & Adobe Photoshop.
